Track & Trail Running Class

Our expert coaches will teach you proper running technique to help you get the most from every step you take. We will introduce you to the world of Trail Running and show you some of the beautiful trails the area has to offer. Track practice will consist of Drills, Stairs and Strength exercises to improve your overall fitness as well as you mile time! This is one of our most popular classes and spaces fill up fast! Let us help you put the fun back into your fitness routine.
